Sales Positions (Tucson, AZ):
The success of Norcross's wholesale business depends heavily on its sales personnel. Courteous, efficient and reliable service leads to customer satisfaction, therefore it is important that sales personnel do their best to assist clients and go the extra mile to ensure customers' satisfaction. Salespersons inform the clients about the various products and assist them to make the best choice by pointing out the differences between products. Other tasks include the handling of exchanging of goods, the closure and receipt of payment for sales goods, stocktaking, ordering and the unpacking of stock and the decoration and display of products in the gallery. It is the responsibility of salespersons to maintain a high standard of housekeeping and merchandise presentation, by ensuring that the department is clean and tidy and that the merchandise is laid out correctly and in a way to attract the customers. NMG is currently seeking both local and traveling salespersons. Local salespeople handle clients over the phone, website clients, and walk-in clients. Local salespeople are required to attend at least [1] tradeshow per year involving upto 10 days travel time. Travelling salespeople visit clients on a regular basis during which new and existing products are introduced to clients by way of samples, brochures and demonstrations. The client places an order and the salespersons ensure that it is carried out. New clients and orders must continuously be touted and it is especially this aspect that makes the work challenging for prospective sales personnel. Requirements: Due of the nature of the work, it is important that salespersons have negotiating skills and that they can easily relate to people. A pleasant, tactful and friendly attitude together with a neat and tidy appearance is a prerequisite for this type of work. Good communication skills are an absolute necessity. Successful sales work requires tenacity, a positive attitude, hard work, dedication, self-motivation, attention to detail, high energy levels and a passion for the work they do.

E-commerce Positions (Tucson, AZ):
NMG Group has been selling their products on the internet since 1998.
Applicant should be a good team player with ability to work independently with minimum supervision with good analytical skills and flair to pickup new technologies. A pleasant, tactful and friendly attitude together with a neat and tidy appearance is a prerequisite for this type of work.
Requirements: 3 years experience managing all aspects of a successful e-store, or eBay business. SEO , web-based advertising experience, html, d-html, and java required. Advanced spreadsheet knowledge a must.

Shipping & Receiving, General Labor, Packing, Inventory Positions (Tucson, AZ):
A pleasant, tactful and friendly attitude together with a neat and tidy appearance is a prerequisite for this type of work. Forklift experience is helpful, although not required.
Any other skills are welcomed, such as, but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, janitorial, construction.

Production Manager (Guangzhou, China):
A pleasant, tactful and friendly attitude together with a neat and tidy appearance is a prerequisite for this type of work.
University degree in business required. 3 years experience working for a foreign company a must. Chinese National preferred. Cantonese native speaker ideal. English and Mandarin must be fluent.

Quarry Master (Maniry, Ampanihy, Madagascar):
10 years min experience as a professional Quarry Master, with references along with an established track record in the industry. Strong leadership skills required. Granite block experience (min 5 years).  Master of the following machinery, including the ability to repair the following: : 30T excavator, 30T front-end loader, diamond wire saw (granite), pneumatic drilling systems, compressors, and generators.  General diseal mechanic.  Experience at opening up a quarry, and mining camp absolutely necessary.  Blasting experience and certification required. French language skills are helpful.
