Ocean Jasper-AA I purchased what was supposedly 5lbs of AA quality rough. When it arrived I was very disappointed. It had very little color, mostly white with some green and little to no orbs. I contacted Magagascar Minerals about my disappointment. They asked me to send photos so that they could "verify" that I received the correct grade. I did as they requested. Three months have passed with no attempt on their part to contact me back. I have tried several times to get a response, but to no avail. I can't decide which is worse, their product or their customer service!!!
